Today's front page of the Cleveland Plain Dealer leads with a report, by the San Francisco-based Election Science Institute, that found 10% of the ballots in Cuyahoga County (Cleveland's largest county, also leans heavily Democratic), during the May 2 primary were "destroyed, blank, illegible, missing, taped together or otherwise compromised."
